At Label Hacks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process under the conditions outlined below.
Return Conditions
You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. The following items are non-returnable for hygiene and quality reasons:
Undergarments, swimwear, bodysuits, and jewellery. Gift items or final sale products.
How to Initiate a Return
Request a Return
Email us at labelhacksinfo@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return in your email.
Return Authorization
Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send items to the address on the package, as it is not our return location.
Package & Ship the Return
Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging. Drop it off at your nearest post office or courier service. The return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item is incorrect or defective.
Processing & Refunds
Returns are typically processed within 1-3 business days after we receive the package. Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 3 days of purchase if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be cancelled.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at labelhacksinfo@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
